Engagement Exercise for the Implementation of New Policies
NHS Walsall, one of the Black Country Cluster of Primary Care Trusts (PCTs), is undertaking a four week patient and public engagement exercise to inform our stakeholders about new policies that are coming into place.
We want your thoughts and views on the approach we have taken and what information and support you think patients and the public will need to feel fully informed of the change and what they mean.

NHS Listening Excersise
The Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Secretary of State for Health launched the NHS Listening Exercise on 6 April. The Exercise will make use of the natural pause in the passage of the Health Bill to pause, listen, reflect and improve. During the 8 week period, the Government will listen to stakeholders from across the health and social care sector, staff, patients and the public to reflect on their concerns about the modernisation of the NHS How to Have Your Say: You can post your views on the website at http://healthandcare.dh.gov.uk/ or download a feedback form and send it to nhsfutureforum@dh.gsi.gov.uk The Listening Exercise will close on 31 May 2011
