Physical Activity Guidelines

Recently, physical activity guidelines for adults and children in the UK have been updated. The new report ‘Start Active, Stay Active: a report on physical activity from the four home countries Chief Medical Officers’ supersedes ‘At Least 5 a week: Evidence on the Impact of Physical Activity and It’s Relationship to Health’ and includes recommendations for children under 5 for the first time.
