The Customer Care Team is here to help when you need advice, have concerns or simply do not know where to turn in order to sort out a concern or issue with your care or treatment. We offer an approachable, accessible route within which our aim is to listens to patients, resolve their concerns, and then use these views to develop services so that they continue to meet the needs of patients.
