(PEC) provices clinical leadership to NHS Walsall. The PEC advises on strategies for health improvement, the reduction of inequalities amongst client groups and disease management. It develops strategies to improve clinical performance, to secure effective clinical governance and it monitors and reviews clinical services provided and commissioned by NHS Walsall.
