A chance to have your say on Abbey Square Surgery

We are undertaking a consultation regarding future access

to family doctor services at Abbey Square Surgery, Mossley.

Drs Ghaffar and Ghaffar, of the Abbey Square Surgery, Mossley

are retiring on 31 March 2010 and therefore we are consulting on

four alternative options that will ensure continued future access to GP medical services. As the options include the possible merger of

two surgeries, we are consulting patients registered at Abbey

Square Surgery, Mossley and All Saints Surgery, Bloxwich North.

We will also be consulting other organisations and groups who

may have an interest.

Before we make a final decision on what to do, we want to hear your views and are inviting you to the following public meetings:

28 January 2010 and 5 February 2010 at 7pm

at Sneyd School, Vernon Way, Walsall WS3 2PA
