Mr and Mrs Claus are coming to town

Residents in Walsall are in for a treat as Mr and Mrs Claus drop in to join the festive fun at Little Bloxwich Day Hospice this Sunday 19 November. The annual Christmas Fayre which is organised by the patients and staff will begin at 12.30pm and is set to get everyone into the swing of Christmas.

Brenda Aiken, Walsall Teaching Primary Care Trust, Little Bloxwich Day Hospice Nurse Manager, said: “The patients and staff have worked extremely hard to organise this event for the residents of Walsall. It is guaranteed to be a fantastic day so bring along your family and friends and join in the fun.”

The highlight of the day will be the Mr and Mrs Claus who will be in their grotto with sacks of goodies and activities for the children. There will be stalls filled with cakes, plants, bottles as well as various craft stalls with handmade gifts. The traditional tombola has been changed in favour of an all chocolate tombola. There will be raffles where you can win lots of prizes and Christmas hampers. Walsall Hospice staff will be handing out information and advice as well as drawing a raffle.

Everyone is welcome to go along to the event which is being held at Little Bloxwich Day Hospice in Stoney Lane, Little Bloxwich.
