District nursing contact changes

New contact arrangements for the district nursing service and the community matron service will come into use from 30 September.

The future contacts for district nurses will be:

*Pinfold and Beechdale health centre district nurses - 01922 775144
*Anchor Meadow, Brownhills and Rushall medical centre district nurses - 01922 858849
*Broadway and Sai medical centre district nurses - 01922 858431
*Darlaston health centre district nurses - 01922 605707
*Bentley medical centre district nurses - 01922 423503

The future contacts for the community matron service will be:

*Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm – 01922 604408
*Bank Holidays and weekends – please call the Dorothy Pattison
Hospital switchboard on 01922 858000.  Your call will be passed to a community matron who will contact you.

These arrangements will replace the single contact number 0845 113 0599 which will no longer be in use.
