Heat-Health Watch launches next week

**Heatwave alert**

Please be aware that the Met office have issued a heat wave warning beginning at noon Friday 9 July. For further information about how to look after yourself and others see the links below.  

This year’s Heat-Health Watch system covering England and Wales is due to swing into action on Tuesday, 1 June and run until 15 September.

The service is run by the Met Office in conjunction with the Department of Health to alert people to the health problems associated with high temperatures during the summer months.
