The Department of Health’s 2010/11 NHS Operating Framework committed PCTs to publishing performance against all Vital Signs.
This update is designed to share information on our performance against the nationally defined measures used to monitor and assess overall performance of NHS organisations. It provides comparisons to both West Midlands Strategic Health Authority (SHA) and all England performance.
The update includes performance data for all Vital Signs indicators where the Department of Health collected plans for 2010/11. Where data for 2010/11 is not available the most recent published data has been included.
