Walsall Teaching Primary Care Trust and Walsall Council are teaming together to bring mayhem to the streets in an all new Wicked Health Day. The event which is being held on Friday 27 October 10am-3pm is set to be a scream with ghosts, witches and were-wolves haunting the streets plus lots of activities that will leave your hair standing on end.
Paul Jennings, Chief Executive of Walsall Teaching Primary Care Trust, said: “There are many horrific health problems which people don’t always know enough about. Halloween gave us the opportunity to raise awareness of such problems but in creative and interesting way.”
Rachel Parker, Principal Arts into Health Development Officer, said: “We wanted to put on a high profile event in the town centre and decided to base it around Halloween as it gave us the opportunity to use creative ideas to promote health awareness.”

As well as all this there will be street performers, a hellish accordion player and headless horseman driving a horrific hearse around the streets handing out Wicked Health Day trading cards with Stressed Ed, Faggie Aggie, Bloat Man, The Monster Club and Bob the Binger needed to complete the set.
