Bentley Health and Wellbeing Fair

Residents in Walsall are invited to a Health, Wellbeing  and Information Fair this Saturday 10 September from 11am to 3pm at Bentley Health Centre in Churchill Road. The fair, which has been organised by NHS Walsall and Bentley Medical Centre’s Patient Participation Group, will give residents the chance to have a free health check as well as learn more about different services available in Walsall.

Georgie Westley, Involvement Officer for NHS Walsall, said: “This is a great opportunity for people to come along and learn more about the different services available in Walsall. There will be representatives not just from health but from West Midlands Police Crime Prevention, the Fire Service and Walsall Fresh to name just a few. The patients from the Practice have worked hard to put this fair on for the local residents so it would be lovely to see as many people there as possible.”

As well as a range of information stalls there will be the chance to try out Zumba at 11.30am and the Physical Activity Team will be there to give out information on other free fitness classes across the borough.
