NHS Walsall has launched a campaign ‘Ask the Toothfairy’ which aims to provide Walsall residents with information about what services are available and how they can access them. The campaign, which can be seen on the back of buses throughout June, advertises a new dental help line (0845 113 0680) that has been set up which residents can call for information on things such as the availability of NHS Dentists, cost of treatment and general dental/oral health information.
Clive Fern, Dental Public Health Advisor for NHS Walsall, said: ‘The helpline will give Walsall residents an important central source of information about all the NHS Walsall Dental Services that are available. Patients can also drop into the Walsall Dental Access centre inside the new Walk in Health Centre.’
