Older people in Walsall are being urged to get their winter flu vaccination to help protect them this winter.

Walsall Health Chiefs are today urging people at risk of flu to get protected and have the seasonal flu vaccine. Four groups have been identified as being most at risk:
A new Alcohol Liaison Service is being piloted in Walsall in a bid to reduce the number of repeat alcohol related admissions to hospital by 10% in 12 months.
NHS Choices is a comprehensive information service that helps to put you in control of your healthcare.
The service is intended to help you make choices about your health, from lifestyle decisions about things like smoking, drinking and exercise
MyNHS Walsall is a scheme allowing residents to have a say in how NHS money is spent and how services are provided.
Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust also provides community based health
services to the people of Walsall and further afield.
